Julia Mewes- Chair Julia is in her 3rd year as a committee member and is now Chair. She takes over from Alan who has stepped down after a number or years. Julia's a vet by trade, but loves being a radio presenter. She has presented a show on MDR for the last 5 years. Her main interest in music is Classical, but she also enjoys a wide variety from jazz and country to glam rock and musicals. |

Nicky Burren - Head of Production Former treasurer of the station, Nicky is now incharge of what you hear on the airwaves. Former treasurer, now Head of Production.

Sarah Melhuish -Secretary Sarah is our knight in shining armour! She organises all the meetings, sends out any official paperwork, chases people who need chasing, and generally keeping the rest of us in check Sarah’s been onboard for 5 years

Gary Simons- Technical Gary is our other knight in shining armour!! If there's a techinical issue, Gary knows how to sort it. If you see MDR out and about, there's a good chance Gary will be there with the outside events unit!

Paul Barnett - Programme Development Paul is new to committee, but has been
a presenter on MDR for nearly 3 years. He loves the music of Jamaica,
as well as home grown sounds. His show is Thursdays 2-5pm. His role

Cathy Barnett - Fundraising Came to MDR via Volunteer Services, and has been a request collector for 6 years. She has done many roles on various committees, and has also written and produced various pantos and shows. Currently the Chair of Burgess Hill in Bloom, she has a love for gardening and holidays! Her musical tastes are anything and everything except modern jazz and the voice of Bob Dylan!

side Cathy Barnett, Simon is responsible for the wards relation
side to MDR. Simon is also responsible for the organization of our
