Ellen loves researching facts behind songs and always has a fun fact to share on her show. She plays songs from the movies with a movie quiz each week.

A keen drummer herself, Ellen likes many different genres of music, but her all time favourite band is Queen.

Ellen started volunteering at Mid Downs Radio in Feb 2023. She loves researching facts and stories behind songs and always has a ‘fun fact’ to share with the listeners on her show.  Ellen likes many different genres of music- although her all time favourite band is Queen. When she’s not at work, she is listening to music or playing her drums.

Volunteering at Mid Downs Radio has boosted Ellen’s confidence in speaking publicly, despite a language disorder, and she now hopes to find a job in radio eventually.
