Paul B & Cathy discuss items such as Veg Out On Veg/Facts On Fruit, Golden Chart Toppers, Celebrity Birthdays, Cathy’s Weeks, TV Reviews, News Of The Week , Poem Of The Week and the Big Question Of The Week.Ably supported or not by their Production Team Sharon & Darren.​

Paul B presents ‘Tiffin With Paul B’ on Thursday between 3pm and 5pm as well as providing the voice over for the reggae programme ‘Catch A Fire’ and ‘Sounds Of The Sixties’ (various times).

​On his main show he is kept in line by Cathy (part of MDR’s Red Headed Mafia and the station’s No 1 Elvis fan) and his production team of Sharon and Darryn.

Features on his show include ‘Facts On Fruit’ and ‘Veg Out On Veg’ to help people keep healthy, the ‘Golden Chart Topper’, ‘Cathy’s Week’ and ‘Poem Of The Week’.

Paul can also be seen on the MDR Outside Events Unit around Mid-Sussex, particularly in the Burgess Hill, Cuckfield and Wivelsfield Green area.  He says ‘it can be a struggle to keep the programme on track….but somebody has to do it’.  Cathy says ‘it’s a struggle to keep Paul on track’.
