Wendy invites a variety of guests from event organisers and charities to artists and musicians  to chat about their work on her show mixed in with music shout outs and information.

Wendy started my radio journey as the English Newsreader on Kiss FM Algarve with an experienced DJ running all the technical side. She never thought she'd find herself presenting a two hour show all on her own.

 

It was a daunting prospect but then she had the happy thought of inviting guests in to talk or perform and sometimes a co-presenter.

It’s fun and always interesting. She has had a great mix from Dame Vera Lynn , Dave Rowntree and Margaret Watson with an 8ft harp to an 8 year old entrepreneur and a troop of Beavers..all are welcome.

The Simply Redhead Show is an informal chat show with music and local information.
